……….:::::::::: Family Time ::::::::::……….
We just got home on Sunday from a family get-away weekend to the lake house. It was great to get away and leave the work for another day. We went out in the boat & tubed, did some golf-cart cruising through the neighborhood, gave Zach his first driving lesson (he’s only 14) and just generally relaxed for a couple days. I’m sure Erica will be posting a few photos on her blog soon. We have been SO busy lately that our family time has been replaced by editing and more photo sessions. Really what we are trying to do is wrap everything up before school starts – that we can devote all the time needed to the kids. Zach is back to playing soccer two nights a week and games will start again soon – so our available “free” time seems to be diminishing more and more each week.
……….:::::::::: Holiday Sessions ::::::::::……….
Here’s a little info on our holiday sessions this year. We are still working out the details – to be honest, the only thing that is holding us up, is finding a reputable business that offers a variety of templates for cards that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. What we are going to do is set-up a couple dates and schedule “mini-sessions” to accommodate all our clients. What we are NOT going to do is schedule “full-sessions” during this time. Each family will get approximately 20-30 minutes and get to select a photo or two to be printed on their holiday card. More to come on this as we concrete the details.
……….:::::::::: 2010 Weddings ::::::::::……….
We are already scheduling weddings for next year, and we have already had a couple clients that we weren’t able to accommodate due to schedule conflicts. So just to serve as a reminder – a 50% retainer is required to hold your date for your wedding – that will “reserve” your wedding date and we will not schedule anything else on that day.
This precious little one came out ready to go for her photo session! She is SO cute and she did wonderful, not fussing even once!
