We just walked in the door from shooting another great wedding this morning…we actually have a Saturday night off for a change – time to take in dinner and a movie!  Anyhow – just wanted to post a quick photo from Shannon & Nic’s wedding last weekend…more to follow soon!  Have a great weekend!

A few weeks back we photographed Becky & Carl’s wedding in Fort Worth at MaBee Hall.  They had such a great day surrounded by family & friends, and had a wonderful outdoor ceremony & grest reception.  These are only a few teasers, that are W-A-Y past due!  Sorry Becky!

Anyhow – congrats to Becky & Carl!

We are slowly but surely getting things caught-up around here – yeah!  I am SO happy that we have the new Mac up and running and it is already making such a huge diffence in our workflow and the amount of time we are spending behind the computer!  We have spent several long days this week getting things wrapped-up and preparing for another couple busy weeks!

I’ve been trying like crazy to get everything moved over to the new mac so that I can contiue to edit, author, respond and everything else in between!  So, I only had a minute or two to grab a photo from our recent photoshoot and perform a quick edit.  Here’s a quick teaser to hold everyone over ’til I can get back to editing some more of them!

See that, I’m trying a new approach to Monday’s – I’m gonna trick myself into thinking that Mondays are good things….sometimes they actually are good things, like 4-day weekends, vacation Monday’s, “I’m too hung-over sick to come to work Mondays…you get the point.  This Monday, today, really isn’t too bad – it’s one of the good Mondays – only down side to it – I have about a million things to do and only time to do about 1/2 of them!  So, I guess I have to prioritize some things and get busy!

……..:::::::: My B-Day ::::::::……..
Let me just recap this weekend – you see, I’m not a big b-day celebrator – I actually prefer things to be low-key and quiet, and this weekend was just that!  Perfect!  Friday night we had a great dinner downtown with a couple of our friends and even enjoyed a drink or two, maybe three (but who’s counting) with one of our upcoming brides.  We had to pick Alex up from his NASA field trip at 2am – needless to say, I had to make that trip by myself – someone couldn’t quite stay awake long enough.  Saturday we did a precious baby boy photo shoot, that I’ll post this week too, and then capped the day off with a great dinner with our friends the Murray’s (who cooked the best steak & salmon, ever)!   The Murray’s overheard me talking about our new Mac Pro computer for our business, and how I needed to get Photoshop for a mac – since we are getting away from using PC’s…well, the Murray’s way out did themselves and bought me Photoshop for my b-day – can you believe that!  We love our neighbors!

Everyone needs to thank our friend Ana Moss for reminding me that I haven’t posted any of Kelli’s bridals.  To be honest – I didn’t forget, it was just a little bit further down on the “to-do” list…so now, I can scratch that one off the list!
