First off, let me start off this post by saying…who doesn’t love a pink bow?!?

I had all these great expectations for today…get-up, get the coffee going & and get a huge jump on editing from the two sessions yesterday.  Well, I came home from an evening shoot yesterday and my PC was going crazy…pop-up windows like no tomorrow…and I couldn’t get them to stop!  Apparently, this week – we had a power surge or outage – whatever you want to call it…anyhow, I think my anti-virus & firewall got shutdown somehow.  To make a long story short – I gave up last night at midnight…and starting again this morning trying to get it all going again.  I think, at this point – we are somewhat stable as I haven’t seen a pop-up in about an hour…but only time will tell.  This is just another reason why I need to make the transition all over to mac – thank you virus ( and you too Windows, by default) for my lovely evening.

OK, rant over…keeping with my word – I have to post one (actually two again – one photo – seasoned two ways) from the second session yesterday evening.  This beautiful little one was perfect for her session!  The weather was great, the light was great – and once again, who doesn’t love a pink bow?!?

Now that the computer is back to semi-normal state, I have to get to work.
Congrats to our friends Alison & Eric who just gave birth to their precious daughter…we can’t wait to honor her with her first photo session this weekend!!!

I just wanted to post real quick as I am just getting home from one baby session and then I have to leave soon for another shoot!

Also – I wanted to let everyone know we are now only $665 away from reaching our goal of $3000 for March of Dimes!
Thank you SO much for all of you that have donated!  We are really excited about the walk in 51 days…speaking of, we are looking for a few volunteers to help set-up our tent and grill some hot-dogs and such for Team Angel Jaggears!  If interested – please, just say so!

I’ve never been the one to like Monday’s…ever.  I haven’t grown into them…yes, I’ve tried them…they’re not a phase that I’ll grow out of…just like brussel sprouts, I just don’t like them…period.  We always have a TON of homework to help Alex with on Monday’s…the bills always seem to come in the mail on Mondays and well, I just don’t have to have any other reason – Monday, psst – “I just don’t like you”.

……:::::: Weight Watchers Update ::::::……
Today, yes – Mondays, have been designated as the “weigh-in” day.  Last week I didn’t go up or down…I stayed the same – and I was pretty happy about that…coming-in at 173.6 lbs (no, I don’t round the numbers).  This week, well – that’s a different story.  You see – I got lazy…I quit writing things down in my little weight-watchers book…slacked off on the elliptical machine…and ate too many things that I shouldn’t have.

That’s a 2.4 lb. gain in one week!
So, it’s back to the basics for me – write it down…and a few more minutes in the gym!

I am SO excited to announce that our team has now raised $1, 470!!!
We have a lot of friends & family coming out to walk with us – we are so excited!

……:::::: Scheduling ::::::……
OK, we’re busy – real busy right now…almost every weekend now through May is booked.  So if you cannot shoot at all during the week, then we are most likely looking at June before we can get you on the books!  It is great to have so many shoots scheduled – but I hate it when we cannot accommodate request for photos….so don’t delay – contact us so we can get you scheduled!
